Collection & Delivery Computer Repair Service

We offer a free collection and delivery service for computer repairs within Sudbury, Hadleigh, Ipswich, Colchester, Bury St. Edmunds, Braintree and villages inbetween. This service is included in the cost of any completed computer repair. We are also able to offer the collection and delivery service for a small charge outside of the local area. Our collection and delivery service allows us to collect your device in order to investigate the issue in our workshop, and provide you with a quotation for repair If you have used the collection and delivery service and decide to go ahead with the repair once you have received your quote, then the cost of the collection and delivery service is included in the repair price. If you decide not to proceed with the repair there will be a charge of £50 to cover our investigation costs and to return your computer or equipment to you. Our collection and delivery service is available Monday to Friday. For your convenience we offer three different collection timeslots through the day, so that you can pick the time that best suits you. Collection and delivery times: Monday – Friday • 10AM – Midday • Midday – 2PM • 2PM – 4PM If you wish for your item to be collected for repair, please contact us and advise which day or days you will be available, and which is your preferred collection slot during the day. We will then confirm a day and time to collect your item from you.
